On January 4, 2010, we received a phone call from our agency. They had a referral for us to look at. It was a baby boy. His name is Pu Min Xiang. He was born on April 20, 2009 in Puyang City, Henan, China. Of course, we were in love instantly. Look at those big, brown eyes. We accepted his referral, and we are excited to announce that we are adopting again.
