DTC

Woo Hoo!  We are DTC!  That means that our dossier (very important paperwork) is in China.  The CCAA (Chinese Center for Adoption Affairs) has received our dossier.  We are hoping to have a Login Date in the next couple weeks.    China will review all of our dossier and then send us approval to adopt Noah.  Let the wait begin...
