On the Road to Recovery

Last Wednesday, Noah had his palate repaired.  We spent a couple (long) nights in the hospital.  I had forgotten how much I dislike hospitals.  We received great care, but our room was as light as day during the night.  The surgeons said that all of Noah's surgeries went very well.  Now the recovery begins.  He has to have a liquid diet for the next three weeks and wear arm restraints to protect his mouth.  He is not liking the diet too much.  This little guy LOVES food.  He is tolerating the arm restraints, execpt at night.  Not loving them too much then.  We are praying that the next few weeks go quickly and that healing will be complete.  Thank you for all of your prayers while we were in the hospital.  God is good all the time!
