NVC Letter

Well, we can cross one more step off of our list. We received our letter from the NVC (National Visa Center. This letter just states that our paperwork was cabled/sent to the American Consulate in Guangzhou, China. Now we wait for our Article 5, which is second Letter of Acceptance, but this time it is from the US Government. It usually takes 2 weeks to get this letter, so we are expecting it on May 20th.  Once we receive it, we can finally wait for our TA (Travel Approval).  Eli is so excited to go to China and pick up baby Noah.  We can not wait!!!
