A Trip to Bethlehem

This Christmas has been one of wonder. Elijah is understanding so much more about the holidays. He loves to read the Christmas story. His favorite song is "Away in the Manger." You can hear him sing almost every day. He is excited to sing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus and enjoys playing with nativity scene.

Our Church put on A Day at Bethlehem last weekend. We followed a path and learned about the Christmas story through crafts and a live nativity. We even had a birthday party for Jesus complete with a cake.

It is amazing to see Christmas through Eli's eyes. The Lord has blessed us richly this year and we are so thankful that Eli is a part of our family.
